buzz baji Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a buzz baji user.

"Platform"

Refers to the buzz baji website at https://buzz-baji.com, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any digital services offered under the buzz baji brand.

"Account"

The individual registered user account created by a player on the Platform, identified by a unique username and protected by a password and OTP authentication. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account.

"Player" / "User" / "You"

Any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services, including placing wagers, accessing games, or conducting transactions.

"buzz baji" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

Refers to the operator of the buzz baji Platform and all personnel, agents, and contractors acting on its behalf in providing the services described herein.

"Services"

All products and features available on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, lottery, Monster Fight, and all associated payment and account management functions.

"Wager" / "Bet" / "Stake"

Any BDT amount placed by a Player on the outcome of a game or sporting event offered on the Platform, whether pre-match, in-play, or as part of a casino game round.

"BDT"

Bangladeshi Taka — the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated. The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout this Platform to denote BDT amounts.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which Players provide documentary proof of identity (National ID card, passport, or equivalent) and address before withdrawal requests above specified thresholds are processed.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, cashback, or similar incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by internal Platform policy. Players are responsible for ensuring their jurisdiction permits online gambling prior to registration.

By accessing the buzz baji Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events: (a) the moment you complete the account registration process and click the confirmation checkbox; (b) the moment you make your first deposit; or (c) the moment you place your first wager on the Platform. You do not need to have explicitly read this document for acceptance to be binding — by proceeding with any of the above actions, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and have chosen to accept them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms in their then-current form.

Amendments to These Terms

buzz baji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Where changes are material — for example, changes that materially affect your rights regarding withdrawals, bonus policies, or account closure — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where notification is provided, the effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and use the Services on the buzz baji Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. buzz baji employs KYC verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

By registering an Account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are aware that a person under 18 is using your Account or the Platform, you are obligated to notify buzz baji support immediately.

One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the buzz baji Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. buzz baji employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, or winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money balances in duplicate Accounts may be consolidated into the original Account, at buzz baji's sole discretion, after deducting any Bonus Fund-related winnings.
• Repeat violations may result in permanent Platform ban.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change by contacting our support team.

Providing false or misleading registration information — including false date of birth, false identity documents during KYC, or use of another person's identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) authentication codes. buzz baji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. buzz baji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

All financial transactions on the buzz baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). buzz baji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a payment processor converts a foreign currency to BDT on your behalf, any applicable conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your sole responsibility.

Approved Payment Methods

buzz baji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Use of any payment method not listed below is not permitted and may result in delays, reversals, or Account suspension:

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit by default, though buzz baji reserves the right to impose account-level or method-level deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming obligations or at its operational discretion. Players may request voluntary deposit limits via their account settings at any time.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to a payment method verified during the KYC process as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the Account holder are strictly prohibited.

Before processing any withdrawal, buzz baji may require the completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending submission and verification of required documentation. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your Account, buzz baji reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your Account balance accordingly, regardless of the initial apparent outcome. You are obligated to notify buzz baji immediately upon becoming aware of any transaction error in your Account. Retaining or attempting to wager funds that you know to have been credited in error constitutes a breach of these Terms.

This section governs the placement and settlement of all wagers across the buzz baji Platform, covering sports betting (including cricket), live casino, slots, lottery, and Monster Fight. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full.

Wager Acceptance

A wager is accepted only when the Platform displays a confirmation message or bet slip confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Wagers that have not received such confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption, browser closure, or technical fault before confirmation is received — are not considered accepted and will not be settled. buzz baji accepts no liability for wagers that fail to reach the platform due to connectivity issues on the user's side.

buzz baji reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the odds or game outcome have been published in error; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; (c) the wager exceeds platform-level stake limits; or (d) the Account is subject to a restriction or review.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and/or removal at any time during a live event, at buzz baji's sole discretion. Bets placed immediately before a significant in-play event (such as a wicket, goal, or card) may be voided if it is determined that the odds at the time of placement did not reflect the known state of play. buzz baji's decision on in-play bet validity is final.

Casino & RNG Games

All slot, casino, lottery, and Monster Fight games on the buzz baji Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of each game round is determined entirely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous rounds, bet size, player history, or any factor other than the random seed generated at the time of play.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino or slot session, the round will be voided and any stake will be returned to the player's balance, provided that the game server logs confirm the round did not reach a final state. If game server logs confirm a final outcome was reached prior to disconnection, that outcome will stand regardless of the player's ability to view it at the time.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market type, and Account level. Minimum bet amounts typically start from ৳10 for slots and ৳50 for sports betting selections. Maximum stake limits are displayed within each individual game or market. buzz baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual Accounts without prior notice, particularly where an Account exhibits patterns consistent with professional arbitrage, bonus abuse, or coordinated betting activity.

From time to time, buzz baji offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of those funds or winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to any accompanying deposit amount.

Unless specific offer terms state otherwise, the following game contribution rules apply to wagering requirements: slots and crash games contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10% of each wager; sports betting wagers on events with minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) contribute 100%; sports betting wagers on events with odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity period from the date of credit, within which the wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period, and any winnings derived therefrom, will expire automatically without replacement or compensation. Validity periods are specified in each offer's individual terms and typically range from 7 to 30 days.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to meet requirements, collusion with other players to unlock bonus funds, or misrepresentation of personal details to qualify for an offer — is strictly prohibited. Where buzz baji identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if abuse is confirmed.

As a condition of using the buzz baji Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms at all times and to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Players:

You Must

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information at all times and update it promptly upon any change.
• Maintain the security of your Account credentials and not share your password or OTP codes with any other person.
• Notify buzz baji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use.
• Engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

You Must Not

• Create more than one Account or assist another person in creating an Account for the purpose of circumventing the one-account policy.
• Use software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers or interact with the Platform without explicit written permission from buzz baji.
• Engage in or facilitate match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempt to launder money or use the Platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or software bugs in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse buzz baji support staff or other users of the Platform.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any geographic restriction, account restriction, or responsible gaming limit imposed on your Account.
• Use the Platform if you have previously been subject to a self-exclusion order or permanent ban on this Platform or any related platform.

Violations of any of the above obligations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable. buzz baji reserves the right to report suspected financial crimes, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

buzz baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; extended inactivity; or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the buzz baji support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, buzz baji will process any eligible remaining real-money balance to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their Accounts suspended immediately upon request, with no cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Players who have self-excluded will not be permitted to register a new Account during the exclusion period. If a Player attempts to re-register during a self-exclusion period, buzz baji will close the new Account and return any deposited funds, less any wagers placed prior to detection.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. buzz baji will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant Account holders via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee or balance adjustment. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to request voluntary Account closure if they do not intend to continue using the Platform.

Finality of Decisions

All decisions made by buzz baji in relation to Account suspension, closure, balance forfeiture, bet voiding, and bonus cancellation are final subject to any formal dispute process. Players who wish to dispute a decision may submit a written complaint to the support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable period. buzz baji is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide a reasoned written response to all formal complaints.
